When the design is substantially settled, the detail work begins.

Structural design is co-ordinated with Foundation and structural Engineering.

Kitchen, Bathroom and joinery details are co-ordinated with cabinet and Stair manufacturers. Electrical and Hydraulic Plans are done. Selections are Synched with the Plans and Specification

The Pre-Construction Phase is when we co-ordinate the project detail with the on-site builder.

The project is planned in every respect. Trade packages are evaluated, and technical details scrutinised. The job is scheduled to assess the cash flow.

Contract Documents are finalised and signed.

Meetings are arranged to ensure communication channels are opened and the scope of work and project management process is explained.
