FIRST WE HAVE A MEETING AND DEVELOP A DESIGN BRIEF

FROM THE DESIGN BRIEF WE PRODUCE A LOW LEVEL FEASIBILITY ASSESMENT, THIS IS A CHEAP WAY TO SEE IF WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS VIABLE WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE EXPENSE OF PROPER CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, ENGINEERING AND OTHER CONSULTANTS. 

-FEE PROPOSAL FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAN AND ESTIMATION

-FIRST DRAFT PRELIMINARY SKETCH BASED OFF THE DESIGN BRIEF

-BROAD ESTIMATE BASED THE DESIGN BRIEF AND SKETCH TO MEASURE THE BUDGET VIABILTIY.

-REVISIONS TO FURTHER HONE IN THE DESIGN TO YOUR PREFERENCES OR TO WORK WITH THE BUDGET.

DESIGN APPROVAL THEN DECISIONS

ONCE THE DESIGN IS APPROVED AND ESTIMATION IS ACCEPTED YOU CAN DECIDE IF THE PROJECT IS FEASIBLE FOR YOU THEN WE CAN GO ON TO INITIATE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AS WELL AS ACTIVATE THE NESSESARY EXTERNAL CONSULTANTS.

large builders are able to negotiate volume discounts, this is true. They also have huge overheads that more than offset any volume discount gains.

Trade Builders on the other hand, are hands on, and unless they are burdened with large customer servicing costs, have small overheads. We focus on providing these builders with integrated design and specification services that sets up the project and allows them to provide efficient and responsive service to prospective customers, without piling on additional overhead.

By helping them aggregate their supply orders, this helps them combine low overhead with low-costs.

This real time build cost information allow us to properly estimate building costs, and incorporate them into the home design process.
