Free Design – We will provide you with a free custom home design concept plan that includes:
- A preliminary site plan using the information that is on hand
- A scaled and dimensioned floor plan
- 3D face option
- Preliminary predictive pricing using our dynamic pricing database.
Development Plans DA – We will prepare development plans if a development approval is required. These plans will priced as part of the full working drawings set. (see below)
Working Drawings – If you are happy with the design, we will then prepare construction drawings. This service is competitively priced and also includes the commissioning of any surveys, engineering and other reports that may be required.

You decide whether you want to proceed and pay for construction drawings and engineering.
